How To Setup Authorize.Net With Fleapay
- Log into your Authorize.net account
- Click on 'Account'
Please ensure that TEST MODE is turned off
- Click on 'API Login ID and Transaction Key' Listed under 'Security Settings'
- Copy your 'API Login ID'
- Grab your Transaction Key by following the instructions under 'Create Transaction Key' Leave 'Disable Old Transaction Key(s)' unchecked
- Paste your API Login ID and Transaction Key into Fleapay Account Settings
How to turn off Authorize.Net customer emails?
By default, Authorize.Net sends order confirmations to your customers. So does Fleapay. So if you would like to turn off the duplicate order confirmations sent to your customer by Authorize.net, follow these instructions:
Log in to your Authorize.Net account. Click on 'Account' in the navigation bar. Locate the 'Email Receipt' link in the 'Transaction Format Settings' section. To disable these notifications, uncheck the following boxes:
Why is Authorize.net account verification not working?
When you enter your 'Api Login Id' and 'Transaction Id' Fleapay verifies this information to ensure it's accurate. If this information is incorrect, we will let you know and your account will not work.
If you continue to get the message 'Sorry, your gateway credentials can not be verified. Please double check your settings.', please follow these steps to reset your 'Transaction Id':
Login to your Authorize.Net account. Click on ‘Account’ in the navigation bar. Locate the 'API Login ID and Transaction Key' link in the 'Security Settings' section.
Create New Transaction Key by answering the secret questions and leave 'Disable Old Transaction Key(s)' unchecked.
Your new key will appear after clicking submit. Enter this into Fleapay
How do I turn off TEST MODE for Authorize.net?
To turn Test Mode off or on: log in to the merchant interface. Select 'Settings' under 'Account' in the main menu on the left. Click Test Mode in the Security Settings section. Click 'Turn Test OFF'. Click 'Turn Test ON' to place your account back into Test Mode.
Authorize.net customer cards are getting declined?
If customers are getting a message, "FIELD cannot be left blank.", the cause of this is from your "Payment Form - Fields" settings in Authorize.net.
Log in to your Authorize.Net account. Click on 'Account' in the navigation bar. Locate the 'Payment Form' link in the 'Transaction Format Settings' section. Follow the link to 'Form Fields'. Ensure all your items have the 'Required' field unchecked.
