Does Fleapay support international ordering?

Yes. Fleapay supports the ability to accept orders from all over the world. Your customers can use foreign credit cards and foreign billing and foreign shipping addresses , assuming you’re willing to ship to foreign countries.


How are taxes calculated?

Sales tax is applied to orders and products that are made "taxable". This option is set manually when you create a product.

Sales tax is applied based on the absolute latest tax rules of every municipality in the U.S. Fleapay determines if you're in a origin, destination or tax-free based state. We then calculate the sales tax based on store location, customer location and if your state requires shipping to be taxed.

Does Fleapay work in Canada?

Why yes it does! Pair Fleapay with Authorize.net’s gateway and you can be start selling in Canada!


Do I receive notice of each order?

Yeah, you get an email. Go to 'Account' in the upper right corner. Enter an email address where you would like your order confirmations sent. This is also the email address your customers will receive order confirmations from.


How do I refund a customer?

Each order detail has an option to 'Issue Full Refund'. Partial refunds are not permitted at this time.

After a refund is issued, you will see it reflected in the order summary.


How do I change the name and/or email my customers see for their order?

To change the name and/or email address your customers see when they receive and email receipt and email confirmation of their order, follow these steps. Login into Fleapay. Click on 'Account' in the upper-right corner, change the 'Name' and/or 'Email Address' under 'Store Information'.


Do customers get confirmation of their order?

Absolutely. We send your customer an email receipt of their order. Of course, the email appears to be sent by you!


How do I handle fulfillment for my orders?

If you have a separate fulfillment company or department, simply change your store email. Email copies of all orders will be sent to that address. Click on 'Account' in the upper-right corner of Fleapay, change the 'Email Address' under 'Store Information'. All order receipts will be sent to that address.


How do I setup an auto-responder for Fleapay?

Fleapay doesn't support auto-responders, but you can configure your email client to manage this. The email headers confirming your store has a new order will appear like this.

Subject: You have a new order! From: Fleapay Reply-To: Customer Name To: Store Owner

In your email program, setup a rule to reply to all emails from feedback@fleapay.com and then respond to email. Here’s how it can be done with Apple Mail.
