How do I cancel my account?
Log in to Fleapay. Go to 'Account' and click the 'change' link next to your plan. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to cancel your account.
When I setup Fleapay for a client, do they get a login as well?
Fleapay only offers one login per account. If you would like to change the login that was used when the account was created, change the admin email.
What do you mean by "max products"?
Max (or maximum) products is the total number of active products (or SKUs) you can have at any one time.
Once you reach this number, you can either upgrade your plan or deactivate products you are no longer selling. Upgrade to the 'Mega' plan for unlimited products.
Are there signup or termination fees? Oher hidden charges?
Heck no. Hidden fees are annoying (have you flown Spirit Airlines lately?). We don’t like it when other services do it, so we don't do it. We don’t charge signup fees, termination fees, or any other fees. No transaction fees either. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you’ve chosen.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. If you cancel after your initial billing, we’ll stop charging your card in the future, but no refunds will be issued. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that.
How do I update my credit card?
Click on 'Account' in the upper-right corner of Fleapay. You'll find an 'Update Credit Card' link next to Billing.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Click on 'Account' in the upper-right corner of Fleapay,
then click 'Change' next to your plan. Unless your account meets the limits of a lower plan level,
the option to downgrade will be removed. None of your existing data will be effected when you upgrade or downgrade.
Why can't I downgrade my account?
You probably have more than the max number of products allowed for the lower plan. Unfortunately, if you want to downgrade your account you'll have to either 'Delete' or 'Deactivate' some of your products to meet the requirements of the plan you would like.
How do I change my username & password?
Login to your dashboard. Click on ‘Hi, YOUR_NAME’ in the upper-right corner of Fleapay. Jump to 'Login Information' at the bottom of the page. Change the account credentials for the administrator here.
Can I change my account name/subdomain?
No. Not at this time. We are releasing a new embed code that will allow store shortcuts to be modified. Email us if you totally goofed and absolutely have to change the name.
How do I reconcile Fleapay with my bank information?
The fastest way is to export your Fleapay transaction history (how to export data) and compare it to your transaction history in your gateway or bank statement.
Does it matter if I have a million orders?
Nope. The more the better. We only care about the number of products you have in your account.
What if someone orders 1,000 units of your one product, that's still one product?
Yes it is. A product is a product is a product. It makes no difference how many units of that product are sold.
Do you charge a fee per transaction?
No! Charging transaction fees on top of whatever your payment gateway charges would be totally uncool.
